- Housing, transportation, and meals
- 100% percent attendance to all UCLA IMG Program activities unless otherwise excused
- Fulfillment of UCLA's IMG Contract and Mission. To serve in a California community health center or similar health care facility in a medically underserved area (MUA) upon completion of a three-year California Family Medicine Residency Training Program
- Obligation of Service Months. This will vary depending on the point of entry into the UCLA IMG Program. For those entering Programs A and B the minimum commitment is 36 months, while for those entering into Program C the minimum commitment is 24 months.
