Summer Opportunities in Family Medicine
The UCLA Department of Family Medicine sponsors fellowship positions each summer for medical students to conduct research in Family Medicine, to learn about the practice of Family Medicine, and to participate in activities that give back to our communities. All students completing their first and second year of medical school at UCLA and UC Riverside are welcome to apply. Once again, this year we will be combining fellowships at UCLA with the fellowships at the Department of Family Medicine at Harbor-UCLA to maintain an integrated program. This fellowship has a strong focus on providing health care for underserved populations. This is consistent with the goals of the Department of Family Medicine under the leadership of our chairman, Dr. Patrick Dowling. Information about this year's summer programs are available below.
